I know it's early but...

Hi guys. I’m a junior at a medium sized (1200 students) school in rural Maryland. I am looking at some pretty selective schools right now and want to know what chances are early on.
Grades:
School doesn’t do GPA, but my average for all classes from freshman and sophomore year is 97.619 (aka tied for 7th in my class of 272)
AP/IB
No IB courses
AP US Gov (sophomore year)-5
AP English Lang-taking this year
AP Biology-taking this year
AP Calc AB-taking this year
AP Calc BC-taking senior year
AP Physic 1-taking senior year
APUSH-taking senior year
AP Spanish Lang-maybe taking senior year
SAT/ACT
Taking in October; I test between 2000 and 2180 in practice, but can never get an accurate test environment (noisy family lol). Probably taking the ACT in December, hoping for 32+. Taking Bio and Math II SATs in May or June of 2016.
Extracurriculars
-Varsity swim team (4 years) state qualifier all 4 years, probably top 8 this year and next year. Maybe captain this year and next year
-Varsity Cross-Country (3 years)
-It’s Academic TV show participant and captain (3 years)
-Club swim team, summer and winter (summer since age 7, winter since age 9)
-Community health club (2 years)
-NHS (2 years)
-Freedom Rowers Club Rowing (since 8th grade)
-Eagle Scout (earned Eagle in January 2015)
-Order of the Arrow member (Scouting’s National Honor Society)
-Senior Patrol Leader in Scouts in the 2014-15 year, assistant senior patrol leader in the 2015-16 year
I am currently looking at Wake Forest, Duke(reach), UNC Chapel Hill (out of state), UMDCP (in-state), UDelware Honors College, UVA, Notre Dame, WUSTL, and Vanderbilt (reach). I appreciate all tips and constructive criticism, even though college is still a long way away.
THANKS!!!

No real SAT/ACT score, no point in guesses.

Come back next year.
