i know, i know: i've asked about grades in religious subjects b4, but i am still curious as to how they work because i heard colleges do not factor those into their decision:

fresh year: 2 C's
soph year: showed marked improvement from fresh year

if im looking @ top ivies would princeton be more preferable than harvard just b/c they do not look @ fresh year?

really curious b/c i want to be able to differentiate between fact and fiction. all my life i heard religious grades did not count, so i prioritized my time around secular subjects. now, i have never gotten below a B in a judaic subject except those two C's. how they bother me so. anyways, if fresh year (w/ judaic grades) isnt taken into account my GPA could still be in the 3.9 range (3.8 in my school is an A- and a 4 is an A)

thanks to all who respond.
