<p>The UCs don’t count +s and -s. So it will show up to them as a plain ol’ B.</p>
<p>But on your high school transcript the +'s and -'s will be there, right?</p>
<p>I think some schools only do solid A,B,C,etc.</p>

<p>well, technically they see your transcript but only after they decided to admit you, and then you had accepted the spot. It is read solely to validate that the self-reported grades match the transcript.</p>
