You are so insanely wrong. Many of these projects they're working on haven't even been completed. Virtually all of the money in the UAE is from oil. They are reinvesting it in tourism...but, as I said, many of the new resorts have not been opened for more than 4-5 years (so they might not have even turned positive).</p>

<p>The point is that they are way less dependent on oil exports as you may think so as to even consider mass murder for some Dr.Evil scheme to make more profits.</p>
