Is it true that, unless we plan to graduate early, we can only use AP credit for two classes?

OSU: I'm taking Physics 61 and I'm positive that you don't need to take 62 if you have the AP credit (like me). I'm taking 61 purely because it's easy.

DeltaRoyale: whether or not you want to take the intro classes is ultimately your decision. I think there's only so much that we can tell you on CC. If you really feel like you need an easy freshmen year, then go ahead and try them. If you don't like it then drop the class and move up during drop add. Just be careful about your decisions and don't get caught off guard after the first round of midterms.

FreshElephant: that's only for Trinity. Pratt only limits the number of humanities APs that can be counted for credit.

You can use 2 AP classes to replace 2 classes in Trinity (instead of completing 34 classes, you only have to complete 32). However, you can use more than that to place out of lower level classes. Not sure the exact number, but it's fairly high.

do you have to specify immediately which AP credits you want to use? or can you wait?

Nah, they all go on your transcript. You don't need to state which ones you use for credit or anything like that. You do lose the AP if you take its Duke equivalent.
