I know you're tired of these..

<p>But I really want to see some of the CCers' posts that show they have got accepted into top schools (i.e. HYPSM, Brown, Columbia, Cornell, and Emory) with lower than normal GPAs and/or SAT scores. (URMs included). Please, thank you, and sorry!</p>

<p>I know someone (an ORM) who got into Yale SCEA with a 2200 SAT. 2200 is definitely a respectable score, but it may be considered “lower than normal” according to the CC standard.</p>

<p>^ Actually 2200 (HYP), for Columbia (exactly 2173) and Emory is (around a little less than 2100).are the literal of all those schools according to the common app meaning it is the normal score of acceptance is 2200-2400</p>

<p>2000-2100 is more in range of “lower than normal” at the top 1-20 schools.</p>
