I lost my TAG, is there still any hope for me?

Hey, I understand your situation. My GPA dropped (I believe) from a 3.67 to 3.37 because I got straight Cs, and maybe a B or 2 so it may stay at 3.43. I’m no longer in the running for UCB/UCLA.

3.67 -> 3.43 does not look good. A 3.1 is something to really worry about. In terms of rank, UCD outranks UCSC by leagues and the average GPA for transfer to UCSC is: Mean GPA of transfer students admitted for fall 2011: 3.33

UCD doesn’t publish an exact figure of their average GPA but UCD is comparable to UCSB, which has a 3.44 mean GPA.

So, if you want to transfer to UCD without a TAG,I’d only feel safe if I had a 3.4+ GPA
