Ahh! So Im taking BC calc this year, and its the best math Ive ever taken. Ive always loved math classes; Ive never been the best at it, Ill normally have a low A or so. This year though, even though calc is my favorite class Ive ever taken, Im not doing great in it. I have around an 84 now, and working as hard as heck. Im doing all the problems I have, but its just so hard!! Ahhh!! Just had to blow off some steam.

You poor math lovers... I'm so glad I'm a humanities lover. ;)

Math Is An Awesome Universal Language.

math=god. DUHHHHHHH

integrals are kicking my ass. So hard!

Try not to think of math as passionately as right now. Relax about it. I don't know if this is a valid comparison but what I find when I play tennis is that when I get over enthusiastic I do worse than when I relaxed.

I Love Interval Notation.

I'm good at math, but I hate doing it! It's the only class that gives homework every day, no fail.

I should be studying math.

Isn't calculus so much fun?? I feel like a freak for looking forward to math hw....but it's just so soothing :D

Calculus is ridiculously boring and I now hate Newton.

Me and Newton would be homies.

I'd like to petition to have L'Hospital's Rule changed to Bernoulli's Rule, after reading that little article about how L'Hospital "purchased" the rights to Bernoulli's discoveries.

^ Isn't it L'Hopital?
Calc was so fun. But I sucked at it.

Calculus sucks. Now statistics is what I call fun.

There's a few things you need to be aware of here:

1.) Unless you go to a really bad school, A-'s and B's are not bad grades. They're actually considered good.
2.) Calculus BC does have a HUGE learning curve. It is a difficult class, and even if you love math, you are not always going to succeed.
3.) Loving a subject is not linked to being good at it. It is only linked to becoming good at it.

Just relax. You love the subject, so try to do whatever you can in it. After all, will it truly matter whether or not you are good at it? You only have to be good enough to do whatever you need to do.
