<p>Seriously, it's the only thing that keeps me from going insane in my crazy life.</p>

<p>I have a hard time finding other people that enjoy this genre of music. I usually try to allure others by showing them some Dj Tiesto sets and slowly drawing them into other songs and mixes.</p>

<p>What kind of trance are you into? I like progressive trance with a nice breakdown.. I guess I'm a bit emo but I like the journey.</p>

<p>My favorite DJ's are DJ Tiesto, Blank and Jones, and Paul Oakenfold. I like any good mellow choon with a rich, "solar" feel lol. I also like progressive trance, melodic and dutch trance.</p>
<p>I understand about the emo...trance just brings it all out in me. I just love the gradual buildup, complex rhythms, exotic sounds, syncopation, and everything about trance lol.</p>

And Jordan Waeles' Trance Mutation 11 that I just heard on DI is great too. That is what made me post this thread lol...it just blew me away.</p>

<p>I like trance also, more into the euro-house music. DJ Tiesto is awesome but I have to say my favorite has to be Paul Van Dyk. No one I know knows who ATB, DJ Kurvy, DJ Icey, or Schiller is.</p>

<p>Tiesto is definitely awesome. Van Dyk is also good. </p>
<p>Ferry Corsten also rocks... him and Tiesto combined as Gouryella and they are out of this world.</p>
<p>the ISOS series by Tiesto is really nice. I have all three.</p>
<p>Other noteworthy (there are many) sets are the Magik series (especially 6 and 7)</p>
<p>However, my favorite set ever is ISOS 1.... sooo beautiful.</p>
<p>I definitely feel like people are deprived of some of the best music in the world by not listening to trance :P</p>

<p>Personally I like the DI chillout ambient station. It's the one i can listen to for hours without getting a headache or anything.</p>
