I LOVED MICROECONOMICS should i major in econ?

Hi,
Although I only got a 3.5 in this course I had a very challenging professor and really have walked out of the class feeling confident about the material covered (which was the entire book by Mankiew?). And I was probably in the upper quarter of the class.

Anyway because I loved this course, especially the additional readings assigned from the book "public issues" or something like that , should I major in econ?

I really like to read, I comprehend a lot when I read and consider myself above average in reading. My quantitative skills are average and I love the reasoning and the "putting things together" logic that the economics course required.

Are the upper-level economics courses completely different? Can you make a comparison relatively how much harder (using chem vs organic chem as a gauge).

Thanks~

Do what you love.

I love my mom…

Who hasn’t?

(sry, you set yourself up for that)

"Who hasn’t?

(sry, you set yourself up for that) "

I’d like to know what exactly your implying!!!
Is that a mom joke?

He’s saying a lot of people have loved your mom.

So yes

take another course in econ , preferably a theory based one and then ull have ur answer

Intermediate Micro will give you a much better idea of what the major entails.

Econ isn’t the most difficult major out there. It uses more math and stat than your average social science major, but it’s only freshman math, nothing too advanced.

Yes, take Intermediate Micro. you might cover some of the same topics but it is calculus-based compared to the introductory class.
