I sent northeastern application (common application) on November 9th; it takes max four business for letter to arrive at USA (I’m international) . Before that I sent supplement online, and received the confirmation saying that they have received my application and look forward to its review, letter is dated November 6. The problem is that when I checked my application status check, I discovered that they have received these documents

Which I also sent together with common application are not in the received list!
Also there is one more problem I applied under the early action, and I hoped that my common application arrived there on November 15, but as the status check says it was received on November 20th, so it took 11 days to arrive, it can’t be true because my other application which I sent to Babson arrived at time. Is there a mistake in status check? Will they consider me as a early action candidate?

I’m very nervous

With Babson I have the same problem, “my Babson” says that they have received application fee, application but have not received supplement recommendations school transcript, but I sent everything together.!

I wouldn't worry yet. I work with an admissions office and I have learned that there are many different ways in which schools "receive" and sort students' files. It is not uncommon for different components of the application to be registered at different times, especially during the weeks that the office is flooded with paperwork.

You can always call to check. Also, regarding your ED status - I think that most admissions staff give you the benefit of the doubt seeing as you are international. Most offices are sorting through paper for the week or so following a deadline.

Don't worry, but don't hesitate to call. If only you knew how chaotic and disorganized the process is!

Also in general anything you send to a school/college takes longer to be delivered because it has to go through their mailroom and then to the specific department.
This is in general, because some schools have separate addresses for admissions which does not go through the campus mail.
(Another good reason to apply online. You mailed the common ap but did the supplement online?)
