I made a huge mistake on my app please help

<p>i just submitted my UNC Chapel Hill app today...</p>

<p>everything was fine until i realized that i had to add my legal name and birthday on top of each of my essays. and i didn't. BUT WORSE!!</p>

<p>I responded to the topic that says "say anything, even the prompt of another college" but include a) the prompt you're answering to and b) a short explanation of why you think the essay describes you well.</p>

<p>AND I DIDN'T DO IT</p>

<p>oh my god. i hate myself. CAN I DO ANYTHING!?!?!?!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!!</p>

<p>If UNC Chapel Hill is common app, then your name will automatically appear with what you have sent (I don’t know if it’s a common app school, sorry :P) - check your PDF over.</p>

<p>Contact the admissions office regarding the essay prompt; it probably will not be an issue to add that information to your application, although you will have to send it separately.</p>

<p>I would contact them by phone first to make sure, and ask about the heading issue as well.</p>
