I made two mistakes on my common app but it's already sent! Please help!

Thank you for your time and help, I really appreciate it.

I'm freaking out right now because I had already submitted my Common App to all of the schools I'm applying to but I realized I made 2 mistakes:
1. I thought my class rank was 127 (and that's what I put down) but it's actually 149.
2. For my first Extracurric activity, Journalism, IT WAS A STUPID TYPO where I put down 30 hrs/week for 44weeks/yr when I really meant 20 hrs/week! I don't know how I didn't catch this.

I'm not sure what to do. I don't want all of the colleges to automatically think I'm a liar (when they compare my self-reported class rank and my transcript class rank) or to think I've over-inflated my app with the 30 hrs/week thing.
Is there SOME way to change something on common app after it's been sent? (I'm pretty sure that's a no, so... -->
Then do you advise I send an email to all of the colleges explaining my mistakes? Or think it's too trivial to bother the college admissions about?
Thanks for your advice!

I think that the class rank is not a huge deal because the school has to report it anyway, and it’s not that far off. We had to estimate from last year’s since there were no rankings for this year yet. And the 20 hours per week thing…well maybe call the school and see?

duly noted, thank you for your help
but just wondering, any other opinions about what I should do?
