<p>I didn't know about the CSS Profile thing for financial aid and it was due March 1st for all my private schools.<br>
I started it a few hours ago, but the website shut down for maintenance and won't open until tomorrow afternoon, so it'll be almost exactly two weeks late.
Is it too late to submit it??? Will they still give me financial aid?? Please help!!!!!</p>
<p>You can still submit it, but they will process those apps which were on time first most likely.
Do you have schools that you made the deadline?</p>
<p>Contact the schools…and get it done ASAP. Also make sure you have submitted ALL of the other requirements for financial aid consideration. Check each college website as these will vary.</p>
<p>You’ve already applied to the schools, so you might as well get this part of the process done too. Yes, it is very possible that you will miss out on those funds that are first come first served. That’s why there are deadline. You will get what’s left.</p>
<p>I agree with the above that you absolutely should contact all the schools ASAP and let them know that you still need financial aid and will be submitting the Profile. Otherwise, how would they know you haven’t just changed your mind about financial aid? So contact the schools ASAP, and then get the Profile in as soon as the site is available again.</p>
