<p>If its only by about 10 minutes what would colleges do? I live in the west coast but I didnt know they used Eastern time. gahhhh.</p>

<p>Don't worry submit it. Colleges are not harsh on a 10 minute difference. Caltech says that they will accept applications until 12:00 PM 3rd January, according to a webinar I attended.</p>
<p>check back in your comm app status, if you see it's shown as "downloaded" your are fine -- no worry about 10 minutes</p>
