I will be attending Kent State University in the Fall and I just went on the website to fill out the housing application because I thought it was due tomorrow (stupid to wait so long, I know), but it was actually due yesterday. Yesterday, when I went to fill out some of the application it allowed me to enter the process, now it displays this message:
“Thank you for your interest in living on campus for the 2015-2016 academic year. Unfortunately, due to very high demand for on-campus housing, we are not able to accept your application. We apologize for the inconvenience as we continue to take proactive steps to accommodate as many of our students as possible for this upcoming academic year. There are many off-campus housing options available in the Kent community that we encourage you to explore. Please visit COSO - the Commuter and Off-Campus Student Organization - for information about off-campus housing options: http://www.kent.edu/coso”
I’m really nervous now, I had the application partially done but I hadn’t submitted it or anything.
Am I completely screwed? Is there any possibility I will be able to live on campus this year? If so, are there any tips on what I should do to go about submitting the application (like calling the school, or emailing them?). Any help would be appreciated, I’m extremely flustered right now.
