i nearly bombed precalc, but doing fine in calc

since it's only october, im afraid there's gonna be some sort of curriculum explosion

how much is alg2/precalc stuff used in calc? so far, none of the algebra is challenging and the calc concepts are easy....are integrals harder than derivatives?

Integrals are harder than derivatives. It’ll use some algebra (like substitutions and partial fractions) but you should be alright. In my Calc BC class trig was very very heavily used (essentially every single problem involved trig), but on the AP test and my Calc class in college trig is used much less.

Yeah, my BC teacher also incorporated problems that heavily tested your algebra and trigonometry skills.

For most problems, deriving and integrating were the easiest parts. Everything else was just messy algebra.
