<p>^^ all are known for grade deflation. your best bet would be harvard lol. depending on how many APs you come in with, i’d say take like 12 credits a semester when you have the science ones to give you some extra time if you end up at one of the harder ones. good luck.</p>

At some schools, it does not matter how many APs you come in with. You are still required to take the same number of classes in 4 years. Having the AP credits only enables you to take more advanced courses, but not fewer courses per semester. This policy is enforced for a purpose: Every student is required to take the same number of courses in 4 years so that it is fair to everybody. Actually, if some very advanced courses you take are considered as graduate school courses, their grades will not be counted as a part of the undergraduate GPA when you apply to medical schools. It appears that medical school adcoms pay more attention to the UG GPAs than the graduate GPAs.</p>
