<p>I'm going to go crazy next year if I don't get piano access next year - does anyone know if the dorms have pianos that anyone can play on? Or are the pianos in the music department free for anyone to use? Or do I have to lug my electric piano all the way to Ithaca next year.</p>
<p>Yeah, and does anybody know about the piano situation in JAM? Is JAM more of a modern contemporary only house or can classical pianists be there too?</p>
<p>All of the dorms have pianos anyone can play on; I know Mews has a baby grand in its lounge. Balch has an especially high concentration of pianos, probably 2 per floor. Additionally, you can rent practice room time at Lincoln Hall, our music building. I'm not sure about JAM.</p>
<p>Court also has a piano in one of its lounges. The other lounge has a ping-pong table. How they came up with that, I don't know.</p>

<p>JAM has a drumset and a recording studio and mad regularly tuned steinways...</p>
