I need a reality check, anything helps.

I'm applying to schools where I feel are all reaches for me and I was aiming too high during the application process especially for my stats.

I applied to the following schools:~

UC Davis- Undeclared
UC Irvine- Nursing Program, Alt. Major: Undeclared
^*****[Can I get rejected from the program I applied to but still have a chance at getting with the alternate major I selected, or do they flat out reject you if you dont get into the program?]
UC San Diego- Undeclared
UC LA- Nursing
University of San Francisco- Pre-Nursing (SAT II not required)
University of Washington- Nursing (SAT II not required)
University of the Pacific- Pre-Dentistry
University of San Diego- Nursing (SAT II not required)

I really regret not applying to CSU's but if none of the schools above work out then I plan to apply winter quarter to Cal Poly SLO and San Diego State University, so if anyone can chance me on those, that would be great also.

I'm not gonna lie, I'm not very well-rounded when it comes to school. I had a very hard time balancing school (especially during junior year) and my personal life. I've had some rough patches that affected my grades and my scores and I realize now I shouldn't have put so much into the things that I did because it all wasn't worth it in the end. I don't expect sympathy I just wanna hear it the way it is, I need a harsh reality check. Here goes...

Stats:

GPA: 3.1-3.2 unweighted (I know very very low)
SAT: Math: 720, CR: 710, Writing: 660 (8 on essay) = 2090
SAT II: Math: 690, US History: 500 (fail -.-)
AP Test's: AP US History: 3

Activities:
4-Years of Varsity Volleyball
4-Years of NHS
4-Years of Key Club
4-Years of CSF
held two jobs (hollister/aeropostale, if that makes a difference at all)..
...many more to list but here's a rough idea
200+ hrs of community service

I have never done this before and I'd really like to see what chances I do have. My main goal is UC's but I'm fine with any of the colleges listed above. I just would really like some help, I have become more antsy everyday especially when more and more people are getting accepted into these schools that I don't hear from. Please relieve me of some stress with some responses, negative or positive, I can take it.
