I need a science subject test - Help!

So, in order to apply to Caltech, my dream school, I need to take a science SAT Subject Test. Now, that presents a bit of a problem for me for the following reasons. My freshman year, I took Honors Biology. I scraped by with an A- but had an awful teacher and biology is probably my least favorite of the scientific disciplines, so that rules that out. Sophomore year, I took Physics (basic physics, the only physics class offered in the entire school!). I had an awesome teacher and loved the class, but it was pretty basic, and I took it over a year ago. I will be self-studying AP Physics C over the summer, but I doubt that will be helpful in time for a subject test I can submit. This year, I'm taking an IB Chemistry course. Since it's at the IB level and is my most current science class, I figure this is my best shot at a high subject test score. The problem is, it's a two-year class, and by the end of this year we'll have only covered half of the topics.

My predicament then, is that I'm not prepared to get a Caltech-range score in any of the science subject tests. I probably have a more natural affinity for physics, but I have a greater depth of knowledge in chemistry. I also know a chemistry professor at a local university who generously has agreed to help me study for the chemistry test. My questions, then, are which tests would you steer me to take, and what would be the best way to prepare?

Thanks in advance!
