<p>I'm a junior and I want to start a newspaper at school. Trouble is, we've tried to do this for the past two years and the club did not succeed at all. A new person starts it every year, and rarely are people enthusiastic about newspaper at this school. I'm hoping that with new freshmen this year, people will be. How do you go about starting a club and keeping it successful?</p>
