My first two years of community college I pretty much messed around too much. Due to poor study habits and not doing good on finals and midterms. For that I am goin to go another semester or two at the same community college. So my question is how do I rebound from that? What can I do to help change my GPA? It was around 1.75-2.0 and I would like to get my head on straight and get going so I can have a good job. So this year/semester my goal is to get a 3.75-4.0 I believe its possible if I work my ass off and dont mess around. Any help would be great thanks.

if i were you i would get a real estate license...or invent some new amazing product/website/company

You've still got a shot. You're probably going to have to stay two extra semesters and absolutely work your butt off. Then you should be in a decent position to transfer to a state school. Which state are you in? At any rate there's not much more to tell you other than work really, really hard and (I don't usually advise this but you're in a pretty big hole) make academics your #1 priority at all times.

I am currently living in Illinois and will probably transfer to Western Illinois University.
