What books should I buy?
I will prep as long as I need to for this grade.
I need it to get into a school I really want to go to.
I am a Junior.

I hate physics subject test for being very very unpredictible. I used Princeton Review: Cracking SAT Physics. However I got a 730 and think that I can't get anything better than 730 since the real test covers various stuff that are not in the text books. For example: No text book talks about Quartz! But it's in there, believe me.

You don't "need" an 800 physics. There's no school that requires one.

I used my old study for the AP Physics B book to study for the SAT II's and got an 800. I think it was the book that went along with the 6th edition physics textbook by Giancoli. The review book went through every chapter of the book so it really did have everything from an intro physics class not just what a company predicts will be on the SAT II since they really can throw whatever they want at you. It helped a lot for me since there were a bunch of random useless topics that we never bothered doing for the AP test since they're useless but they were in the textbook so they were also in the review book, so if you can find something like that, that's what I'd recommend.
