i need an honest opinion...

alright here goes: ive applied to 6 schools, and been accepted to 5. im just waiting on my dream/reach school, USC. ive been accepted to Pepperdine and Gonzaga, which i consider my match schools, and 3 safety schools that i dont even want to list (you probably havent heard of them).

here are my stats

1910 SAT (650m, 640cr, 630w)
3.864 unweighted gpa, 4 community college classes, AP Calculus
ranked 45/452 in public hs, seattle area
100 hrs volunteering at local hospital
4 yrs varsity football, most improved
rec from orthopaedic surgeon i job shadowed, also one from my german teacher (ive been in her class for 3 yrs)
dad attended USC

i still havent heard back yet, and im EXTREMELY worried. going 5/5 has made me feel good, but lately ive been doubting myself because those 5 havent been of the same caliber as SC. do you guys think i have a chance?

i dont know a lot about the school I admit, but as a legacy, and a pretty good gpa/SAT I think that you have a decently good shot...

Well, I went 0/3 on my reaches today. That said,
I think you have a good shot to get in if you're waitlisted.
I got in to USC Marshall with 2070 and 3.95 unweighted gpa, but I'll likely go to UCLA because of the sticker shock.
Perhaps there are many in the same boat who'll be freeing
up spots for you :-) So, don't give up hope. Good luck!

bump? im so nervous
