I NEED Beautiful Skin PLEASE Help

I think that Proactiv might be beneficial.

Perhaps you could try a couple of acne creams and then determine which one is the most effective.

i’d say it’s very much worth it to invest in good skin care. try proactiv. i’ve been thinking about switching to it. however, i’ve never had a problem with breakouts. I generally just use st. ives scrub and clinique astringent-thingy.

on a slightly unrelated note:

OMG MICHELLE PHAN!!!

Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables as well as whole grains and drink a lot of water. Try to stay away from beef and pork, which usually contain lots of fats and added hormones. Eat fish and chicken (what the Japanese do). Wash your face with a daily cleanser everyday and exfoliate once a week. If you have acne on your body, use those body soaps from Clean & Clear or Neutrogena that help deal with that (there will be beads inside of them). Don’t eat fast foods and other oily, greasy foods. Exercise at least 3 times a week. Get a facial at least once a month.

I’ll give you some advice that worked for my brother (I don’t have bad skin).

Use benzyol peroxide and stop eating a bunch of refined suger. Stay away from soda, candy, ice cream, etc… Don’t use proactiv, I’ve heard that it doesn’t work. Benzyol peroxide is a much better option. Also, visit your dermatologist and get a facial soap.

My brother wastes too much time on CC :/

Go to acne.org for any skin related problems. The people there know as much about acne as CC does about college - and that’s saying something

dermatologist and get on at least some antibiotics, if not birth control. I tried topical stuff and kept having trouble with it; the antibiotics have helped a TON although i still do have acne… but it’s not TERRIBLE anymore.

yuck. i hate it… i’ve had acne since 5th grade and now i’m a senior in hs. it sucks so much.

Definitely just go to the dermatologist. They know what they’re doing.

See a dermatologist.
