i need desperate help here

for ucsd engineering, is satII physics or chemistry REQUIRED. because i've only taken math2c and french and i did well on them. so do i have to take physics in december?

b u m p

I found this on their admissions site. If a school "strongly encourages", then you should probably comply.

Two SAT Subject Tests in two different subject areas*

* History/Social Science
* English Literature
* Mathematics (Level 2 only)
* Laboratory Science
* Language other than English

 • May not be Writing or Math 1C

Applicants to the Jacobs School of Engineering or those considering the Biological or Physical Sciences are strongly encouraged to take the SAT Subject Test: Math Level 2 and a science test (Biology E/M, Chemistry or Physics) that is closely related to the applicant's intended major.

so can i still be admited to the jacobs school without taking physics? i just dont think i can do better than my two sat2 scores (760french, 720math2c) on physics

Sounds you have decided.......don't worry so much. You do the best that you can and then you wait for the decision.

wut does that mean?
