I need feedback in regards to my chances for Transfer Admission into Rutgers-NB SAS

I need more feedback regarding my stats, I would like to know if I have the chances of getting into Rutgers-NB SAS for the Fall 2011, applying as a Transfer.

HS GPA: 3.72 UW
College GPA: 3.52 UW
Credits: 75 (Most non-transferable)
SAT: Not required.
Out-of-State (But currently requesting In-State, since I live in NJ, although studied at a college out of state)
Extracurriculars: National Honor Society, Medical Society, Leadership Position, few Community Service hours.
Essay: Well written, but I'm not sure if I got to the point (Meaning, answer the actual question completely.)

I'm worried because my college transcripts show 2 F's and a repeated class!, I think this will affect the admission decision, but I hope not.

Any feedback?

Your stats are solid, and although I wouldn’t consider you guaranteed in from what I’ve seen in previous years… those with that many credits and lower GPA’s get in. The the typical is 3.0+ is in for IS and 3.3/3.5+ is in for OOS (although I have found farrrr less info on the OOS, and I happen to be one of them :/)

The only thing I’m concerned about are the F’s - were they in the beginning or end? They really put value on an upward grade trend in CC.

Hope we all meet at SAS next year!
Good luck and make sure to post on our transfer thread  (it’s down the list a bit…)

The F’s are from like a year ago. Not recent, and I keep getting straight A’s this year, but they will not have the transcripts until the end of the semester in June…
