<p>BigG, do you know any tier 3 or 4 colleges that might award a full ride (i.e. tuition, room and board) to the OP? My concerns are that the OP’s SAT scores might be high enough for a full-tuition scholarship but too low for a full ride. At least I don’t know a single college that would offer him/her a full ride. On the same line of thought, an OOS tuition waiver might help if the OP could pay $20,000 a year, but it is still far away from a full ride.</p>
