I need future advice? FPF program is full, what should I do?

<p>Why do you think that entering in the spring would make your experience any less of the “full college experience” (no matter what you do in the fall–FPF or CC)? You do realize there will be hundreds of other spring admits. Plenty of opportunities to make new friends. But if you loved Davis, just go there–no need to torture yourself.</p>

Basically, with spring admits, UC Berkeley is trying to get a thousand or so extra students that they otherwise wouldn’t have room for. In the spring they have a little more room than they do in the fall, because they have people that graduate early, drop out, or study abroad. As far as I am aware, the process by which they select who are spring admits are random, so don’t view it as you weren’t good enough to get into the fall; view it as UC berkeley trying to do everything it can so it can admit as many qualified students as possible.
