I Need Help Answering These Questions

hey i have 3 questions about calculating g.p.a and sending g.p.a to colleges.

Do colleges count 1st semester senior year? Does it change if you apply ED/EA and RD? So when people say I got in Stanford with a 4.2 does that mean 6 or 7 semesters of high school? do they count 1st semester senior year in their g.p.a? What if you apply EA/ED? is it what you got at end of Junior yr?

Do colleges weight summer grades? Like If i took a course of 4 units at UC Berkeley and got an A would it be a 5 or 4? Its at a college campus and i think its college material? Which schools weight these…

Also I heard privates count .5 extra for honors classes? is this true? Which schools weight honors classes?

If you apply ED/EA, they usually don't get a chance to look at your 1st semester senior grades before making a decision. They do in RD, however. Some ED/EA applicants get deferred so that the college can check out the 1st semester senior grades. So if you're applying early, they're mostly looking at junior year. If there's a significant grade drop during senior year, however, they can revoke admission.

I have no idea.
