I live in Iowa but I want to get out of my small town and make something by myself. Also, study abroad is a deal breaker, especially study abroad in Paris. <p>Your budget is likely going to determine where you should apply since most schools don’t give much aid. Your GPA is on the low side for schools that give great aid or merit.</p>
