I want to do computer science mostly, and here's basically what I have to show

All As in High school, nothing below a 90 before senior year. 4 AP courses and 14 honors classes, 32 classes in total, 8 of which are during this senior year.

I have many extracurriculars. Math Club President, Computer Club President, and Key Club Vice President. I held three other positions before this year. I'm also in the Acadeca team, Debate Team, an EMT, and have been doing a martial art for 5 months now. Couple other school clubs as well.

SATs: 1940(cr/m/w) (660/680/600)

Subject USH & Math I : 750 & 680

So what are my chances for schools like Upenn, Columbia etc. And what about schools like NYU, Umaryland college park. How about Georgetown?

What if I bring my SAT score up to 2000? Please help I'm stressing really really badly. And any other good schools for Computer Science that I should apply to?

Being in the bottom of the pool for SAT scores is never a strong position. I think you are a bit of a disadvantage not having taken math II.

You left off what the financial situation is, that drives most applicants–what they can afford. There isn’t any reason to stress at all, except you are leaving it a bit on the late side picking schools. There are a large amount of schools that have very good CS and CS people can do well coming from any number of schools.

My financial position is pretty bad, like 30K a year. But with financial aid and scholarships I think I could do well. I’ve chosen several schools and basically all that’s left of my applications are essays, which I’ll have done by next week. Then everything will be sent out. I mean, I feel pretty good about a school like NYU, selective but not crazy selective. I should also mention I’m the valedictorian of my school and weighted gpa is 4.6, unweighted is 4 or 3.9.

So do I have a strong chance of getting into a school with a acceptance rate of 20%-30%?

One last thing, I just want to know if I chose the right schools, is there something better that is easier to get into and more affordable?

<<<
30K a year.
<<<

is that family income

Your SAT even at 2000+ isn’t going to get you into ivy-caliber schools. Fortunately, there are good schools in compsci that aren’t in your headlights. And then there’s UMD-CP, which is excellent in compsci and within your reach. They might even have some money for you if you’re OOS, and they’ll probably have some more for you in-state (altho predictions of who gets merit and how much are dicey). Forget NYU; they’re lousy about aid. Georgetown isn’t much better, and they’re not known for strengths in CS.

Settle the money question first. Then take a look at the net price calculator at UMD, SUNY Stony Brook, UMass Honors, RPI, URochester, Rutgers, Northeastern, WPI, RPI, Georgia Tech, UMinn-TC, Ohio State, Pitt, Stevens, and Case Western. They’re all good CS programs that you have a shot at.
