I need help finding target and safety schools, I have my reaches

I am a junior. My unweighted gpa is a 3.5. Ive taken the SAT and scored but a 2270, but Im sure I can do better. I've taken four subject tests Math I,II, Bio E, and spanish and I've scored above a 750 in all 4. i volunteer at the animal shelter and at the greater boston food bank. Also, ive started the oxfam and DECA clubs at my highschool. i am also the chief Marketing officer of a small gaming studio. NaBrO Studios. Im on debate team and play both varsity tennis and xc. Also, I have my second degree black belt in 2 types of martial arts. Lastly(i know im going on but i want this to be accurate), Im part of an organization called youth lead and i have faciliated many workshops pertaining to effective dialogue.
Here is my list(and it appears daunting, but id appreciate some feedback as well as additons):
UC Berkely
carnegie mellon
cornell
johns hopkins
mcgill
northwestern
tufts
vanderbuilt
wesleyan
washington university in St Louis
Oxford

You’re applying to Oxford in England? Are you absolutely sure what you want to study and do you have at least three relevant AP tests with scores of 5?

You’d get better responses if you told your intended major or field and financial situation.

finances are unimportant because my parents are willing to pay, major having a hard time between pre med and computer sciences, and for the ap scores, it says either ap scores or 3 subject tests higher than 700 and i have 4 all higher than 750

It’s nearly unheard of to switch area of study there so it would be wise to go with a made-up mind and it would be a high reach as your transcript stands. If you are in Massachusetts as your post indicates, UMass-Amherst would be a good backup for you.

i think you can get into vanderbilt easily

Bu, northeastern, wheaton, PC

any other matches and how would you guys rank my list like high reach, low match, match, low reach etc…

bump guys please

Must be a different Vandy than I know of (which has a 14% selection rate and 60% have a GPA north of 3.75).

OP, nice list of reaches. If your parents are willing to pay anything then U Washington or U Wisconsin might be good safeties. They have an excellent Comp Sci programs and can prepare you for med school. BTW, I don’t think improving on a 2270 will really improve your chances anywhere.

McGill is almost a safety. (One person with your approximate stats from our school was waitlisted, but many many more were admitted, and nobody was rejected).

As Erin’s Dad pointed out, Wisconsin could be a good safety. Not so much because it’s a sure thing with the 3.5, but because it’s a very likely admit and you can apply through an easy application in September and get a decision by October or early November. Once you get admitted, which I think you will, you will have a great safety.

In my school the gpa is out of 6 and Vanderbilt is around a 5.1, and I have approx a 5.2-.3

^ Is that data from Naviance? If so that would be more accurate than general info from the CDS.
