Hi, I'm looking for someone that has a lot of experience with college admissions and what not to PM so I can discuss my situation with them and help me make my post-high school decisions. I will give a quick summary below.

Me:
Low GPA (<3.0)
Haven't taken SAT or ACT yet
Terrible financial situation
Other stuff

Planned college interests/majors:
Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Math, or Physics

Please PM me and help me, I will give a much better description in private message. Thank you!

You’ve gotten good advice here before, so just post your questions. Just think, most people posting here have sent one or two kids to college and the rest are HS kids. If you are still a low gpa student who refuses their own good instate options because he thinks he belongs at MIT then no one can help you anyway.

I would really recommend the Community college route. A lot of universities offer “2 + 2” programs, where you can transfer into an actual university your third year of college and be a junior there. Saves a lot of money, and the first two years of community college could help get your grades up. :)
