I need help on picking a major (And some transfer questions) UNC, NC State

I kind of need help choosing an 'easy' major. I don't mean to sound like a slacker or anything, but I'm joining the United States Marines after I graduate college and becoming an Officer. I spent one year at a public state school (Western Carolina University - not very prestigious) and I will be going to a local community college for my sophomore year of college. I managed a 3.45 GPA at WCU and I'm expecting a 3.5 - 3.7 GPA at my community college.

I plan on being in the USMC for quite some time, but I'm trying to plan ahead and graduate with a somewhat useful major. I'm minoring in Arabic/Middle Eastern Studies, but I still need to pick a major. I've thought about history - but I don't know what I would do with it. I've also thought about Physical Education or Entrepreneurship (I'd like to become a personal trainer in the future) but I can't find good links to those majors at the schools I want to attend.

I'm living in North Carolina and I'm pretty much forced to stay here (money issues). I've got my mind set on UNC or NC State as a Jr. college transfer. Does anyone think I could get into either of those schools - and what major would you recommend?

Chances at UNC?
NC State?
East Carolina?
UNC Wilmington?
What major would you go with?

Thanks
