I am planning on going to school to be a General Internist. Well i need to know what are the best colloges to go to before med school?

Are you thinking of going to a university or liberal arts college?

preferably university

Just about any college/university in the USA offers the pre-med coursework (usually something like: general biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, general physics, calculus). This means that you can find a college/university that suits all of your other criteria for location, cost, possible major fields of study, etc. etc. and eventually apply to medical school. Your options are wide open.

So the next thing you gotta figure out is whether you have a good enough application to make it worth going out-of-state. It also depends on what state you live in though.

happymom is right, premed is only a set of coursework which is offered at most schools. Go to the premed forum, there are sticky threads at the top that discuss how to pick out an UG school and what is important in planning for med school.
