I need help real fast!!

I failed my 2nd semester calculus with a 69.
I’m scared that Texas Tech will reject me.
please help what should i do…

Maybe see if you can get that class taken off your transcript if you don’t need it to graduate? I’m not sure how your school works, but that might work.

well, AP calculus isn’t necessary for graduating.
But since i failed a class, wont that make the college rethink my admission and possibly rescind me?

Contact them and ask. Maybe you can retake over summer or something. Don’t wait for them to notice – be proactive.

when you say ask, do you mean ask my school counselor or the people at texas tech

Ask the school counselor if they can take it off. A girl in my calc BC class was an audit, meaning she basically took the class but got no credit for it. Since she didn’t need it for her major, she called her college, let them know she was going to take this class, and they told her just to pass. She got a 70 in the class.

You are in a sticky situation b/c you’re at the end of the year. See if your teacher can bump the grade for you, and if not, ask the counselor to put you in as an audit. You won’t get any credit for it, so let’s hope you weren’t behind on your math credits.
