I need help! What are they deciding on?

I am currently a first semester freshman at Indiana University Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) and I am trying to transfer to Purdue University. I am doing a Regional Campus transfer. My application decision currently says "In Committee Review". I was wondering what they were deciding off of? I had a 3.7 gpa in High school, graduated with honors with distinction, and I have 9 college credits from high school (gpa of those three classes are 2.67)
I was just wondering what "In Committee Review" mean and what they would be deciding off of? Are they going to decide off of my high school transcripts and SAT scores or wait till the end of this semster?

Can someone please explain and help me with this? Its killing me on how bad i would like to transfer to purdue

I’m sure someone would post if they KNEW the answer to your question. But expecting people to have knowledge of a specific decision comment for a specific school and respond in 6 minutes might be a bit much to expect, don’t you think?

Give the school a call on Monday.

My comment was meant to be put with the post, not to seem demanding in 6 minutes.
