I got the official transcripts from both high school and college, and I wanted to send them by myself. So I bought the express mail envelope and put them together and sent them. Is this OK? Because Those 2 documents won't have any postmarks of dates since I put them in one large express mail envelope. When I tracked the mail online it was showing that it was delivered and signed. However, when I call the office of admission today, they said they didn't received them OR may received but may take sometime to match with my file. So I'm little concerned. Should I not to put them together in one same envelope since they won't have any postmarks?

hm, i would double check to make sure your xfer college will accept transcripts that werent sent from the schools themselves

About all you can do is keep calling (once per day, max) and asking if they have matched up your transcripts with your file. Putting both transcripts in one envelope should not be a problem as long as the school normally accepts transcripts directly from students. Just keep bothering them until you find out for sure that they have a complete application for you, including your transcripts.

Don't call daily. Many colleges take a long (LONG) time to process incoming materials. In some cases, they don't really even bother .... wait for it.... until they have finished the entire freshman application process.

So.. I would recommend following dufflebag's suggestion - make sure it is okay if the transcripts come from you directly. If that is the case, you can check re whether they were matched up after at least a couple of weeks have passed... or a few weeks before the time they usually send out decisions. You'll still have time to re-supply missing items.

I called them and they said that it is ok to put them together in one envelope; however, they didn't match up with my application yet. Thanks for help everyone!
