<p>I do not know how to explain the details and accomplishments of playing field hockey or lacrosse..does anyone have any ideas?</p>
<p>Did you make varsity? Are you a captain? Did you play hockey/lacrosse outside of school on teams? etc.</p>
<p>just say something about what you did. like “I was a valued member of my team and made it to states” or whatever…just state your accomplishments!</p>
