<p>So yesterday I got an email from the UCSB Office of Financial Aid telling me that I do not have enough information from my FAFSA so they sent me a link to go fix it by today's date. I thought everything was fine and of course I'm freaking out since I might lose my financial aid.</p>
<p>On the required documents tab, I have 3 things that they want: a Parent's and Student's Federal Tax Transcript Worksheet and a Dependent Verification Worksheet which they want completed through their Verification Web Form.</p>
<p>I'm not sure how exactly to do this since I'm new to the world of the IRS. Can anyone provide any details on how to complete these docs ASAP? </p>
