I need help...

So it's time to start applying to college and I don't know what to major in. I have a few ideas but I am terrified I'll end up being unemployed like so many others. I do not want to be part of that statistic. I'm decent at math, but am willing to get help in college. I LOVE biology. I am in ap biology and ever since the first day of class my outlook on life has changed. I see the world differently and I love knowing how the world works. Physics and math and everything else plays an important role in biology and it amazes me. I am an activist and work towards the welfare of animals and I help with the environment. I try my best to leave no carbon footprint and prevent others from hurting the environment. So, I want a decent paying job that is right for me. This decision is so hard, I need a lot of help.

Since I am at a school (plan on transferring) that doesn’t have my major I am following the interdisciplinary program basically you study whatever you want and take whatever classes you want it’s pretty awesome so look into that. Also undecided isnt a big deal for a year or two figure out what you like and make it your major.

The first thing I thought of was Environmental Science. Maybe you should consider looking into that?

A lot of my mentors have told me to go for the passion, and the money will follow soon later. Most people change their careers through out their professional development, so you’ll figure out what you truly want to do after several attempts at whatever you’re passionate about.
