Hi, so I just want to start out by saying that I had not procrastinated and I had tried to get things done as quickly as possible. I missed nearly 3 months of school because I was hospitalized and my transcript was not completely full. I still have an F for my AP Biology grade, but I already submitted my transcript to Quest Bridge, explaining that I am still making up the make up work for that class. With the F inputted on my transcript, I am still ranked 7 out of 762 of my class (I was basically saludictorian of my class before the grades were inputted). Some things that are bothering me, if anyone can help:

1) I gave my teacher 3 weeks before the deadline to write the teacher recommendation. I treid adding her email but she claims to have not received any email notifications. I contacted Quest Bridge, and they told me to get my teacher to contact them. She has already made contact and apparently this morning, Quest Bridge sent an email back to her, but I was obviously not able to read what it said (maybe she sent the teacher recommendation? or her question was answered...not sure). I checked my online application status and it still says teacher recommendation has not been received. Do you guys know if that will change? My teacher doesn't check her email during spring break, which began today.

2) I already inputted my transcript online, but only 1 page. I had a total of 7 pages when I was about to upload them all, but the upload files part seemed ambiguous. I couldn't tell which files they had received, so I ended up faxing to them. It still says transcript received on 3/21/13, which was yesterday. Today, I faxed to them but it still says they received 3/21/13. How do you tell if they received my complete transcript or not?

3) I am feeling conflicted with sending standardized test scores. You see, I prepped over the summer for SAT/ACT, but I had a lung collapse during August, so I missed out on the October one. Then, I signed up for the December one, but I missed out again when my lung collapsed around November. Fortunately, my school administered a free SAT in February, but my scores were definitely not reflecting my true score. I got a 1790 (540 in reading, 680 in math, and 570 in writing), and it was all because I was doing makeup work and literally did not prep for the SAT at all. My question is, should I still send the SAT score? How useful/beneficial is it to send a score, even though it is not my full potential? I am a guy who usually scores around a 2000, if given the opportunity to not miss that many days of school.

Please help me if you guys can. I really need any help. Thanks!!
