I need help!!!!

im thinking of majoring in biology, but i might apply undecided if that increases my chances of getting accepted

SAT: superscore 2330 (CR 770 M 800 W 760)
subject tests: Math II 800 Biology E 760
GPA: 3.66 unweighted, 3.81 weighted (not sure)
Recommendations from my physics teacher and my latin teacher (got As during the whole year in both classes)
EC: member in 5 clubs
an award from NLE (national latin exam) and a math league competition in NJ
about 200hrs of volunteer after this summer
income: 300k (not really expecting to get financial aid anyway)
school: new jersey, public, pretty competitive but theres more competitive schools in our area
race: asian
rank: none (our school doesn’t rank students that transferred in the middle of the school year)

I moved here from a non-english speaking country last year, and I haven’t been preparing for american colleges before so I dont really have that many impressive EC. I know my GPA sucks compared to my SAT scores but I kinda have an excuse for it cuz the school didnt let me take any AP/honors courses in my first year (they werent sure whether Id be capable of taking them or not)

This is where I think Ill be applying:
Cornell (Reach)
Carnegie Mellon
UMich
BC
BU
Rochester
NYU
Rutgers (Safety)
and a few more but I havent really decided yet (columbia and johns hopkins too but im pretty sure i have no chances there). I know that most of these are very competitive schools, so it would be really helpful to know whether I should apply as an international student or as a permanent resident (I dont have a green card yet but if i decide to apply for it, I’d be getting it much earlier than other people, probably in 3 months) and chance me in those colleges too!! Thanks!

Cornell - Reach
Carnegie Mellon - Reach
UMich - High match
BC - Match
BU - Match
Rochester - Match
NYU - Low reach
Rutgers - Safety
Not sure if you know about this or not, but with those stats you have a shot at Rutgers’ full ride Presidential Scholarship. The top 1-2% of applicants get this, and if you could get the GPA up a tad then you’d have a shot.

^ I agree with this except I’d change NYU to a match.
