Hi everyone. I am a rising junior and I realized that I do not think I am on the right path to get into the schools I want to get into (Brown, Cornell, Middlebury, the list goes on and on........). I am interested in media/communications (in general).

My extracurriculars are:
~An editor of the school newspaper
~Active member of our student-run theater organization called Players since freshman year-- I was just elected to be on the executive board and there is a very good chance I will be president my senior year
~S.U.A.V.E. (Students united against violence everywhere)
~Student group leader of an interfaith program

THAT'S IT! See, my problem is that these four things take up SO much of my time! I have always been considered an over-achiever, but this list does not reflect that. I am pretty much a straight-a student (except for math- straight b) and I am only taking 2 ap courses next year.

What should I do to make myself a better applicant? Thanks for the responses in advance, I can use any help I can get right now.
