I need more suggestions for a 30/31 ACT

I applied early to Cornell, but I figured I should look for some other options, just in case.
PLEASE chance me on Cornell, and give me your suggestions for other schools.

ACT: 30, 31 superscored 98th percentile
SAT: 1740 (1180 combined) ^^^ - They say they take the higher, so def. the ACT.

If you like Cornell, try Northwestern. Since you’re a skiier, how about Middlebury? As a URM and male, both should be high matches. But to better your chances, I’d urge you to retake the SAT reasoning test in December (if you’re planning on sending your SATs in, which you don’t have to do).

Then maybe one of the SUNY schools as a safety?
