I need one definitive answer before you all strangle me with piano wire

I'm anal, I know. But before you kill me for being annoying, I need one final answer about the spanish placement test. Does it test Comprehension, Grammar, or both?

Testicles, that is all.

I'm not sure to be honest...but I do believe there is a grammer portion, and a listening comprehension portion.

KB

Both. The writing section is pretty much all grammar, and the listening portion is to test comprehension.

there's also a reading section which is fairly simple imo

And it's all multiple choice?

I guess I'll listen to my Harry Potter in Spanish CDs on the plane ride to Michigan.

Is it like the math placement test where it's just one factor in determining what class you're in or is it the definitive test for where you will be placed in a foreign language?

Language placement test is extremely definitive. You're not allowed to take a class higher than where you place, and you can only take a lower class if you can convince an advisor that you're not as smart as the test indicates.

Heheh.. Family Guy

o god thank you. I'm glad someone got the joke.

hell yea.. Petarded, great episode. The firetrucks feed first, the ambulances must wait their turn.
