Okay, I am really having trouble finding colleges. I'm an atypical student - low GPA, high SAT, etc.

Safeties
?

I don't know where I'm at/what kind of safeties I should have.

Also, I prefer colleges in the Boston area or at least close to it, or a populous area of New York (though probably not NYC). Colleges in NH and ME are okay, too, though I'm pretty sure I've exhausted all options there. I'd also like a school with more than 2,000 undergrads.

On-campus housing must be available.

I've used every college matcher out there and no schools seem to exist.
