I need some advice!! Should I apply EA?

<p>I need to know if applying early action is a good idea or if I should wait until the regular deadline? Where would I have a better chance? Here are my stats:</p>

<p>Venezuelan female in IB from FL
3.33 Unweighted gpa
5.21 Weighted gpa (it is this high because of AP and IB credit)
1750 SAT
Top 20% class rank</p>

<p>Varsity and club soccer since 10th grade
National Honors Society member
Quill and scroll honors society member (leadership position- secretary)
Spanish national honors society member
Key Club since 9th grade</p>

<p>250 community service hours because of IB (I am required to have at least 150)</p>

<p>Awards: AP scholar award
Recognitions: Posse Scholarship Semi-Finalist</p>

<p>Should I apply early action? Will I have a decent shot? Or should I wait until the regular deadline and try taking the SAT again?!?! any advice is greatly appreciated! :)</p>

<p>I was actually having this debate as well. I decided to wait until regular decision because I thought it would be more beneficial to retake the sat. Most colleges don’t really have any advantages of applying EA except that you find out sooner (however some you won’t have to write as many essays) I would personally wait, but that’s just me.
